Pallavee co-founded the firm and leads its family law practice. In more than fifteen years of family law work she has acted for several hundred separating spouses and parents, with particular experience in property settlements involving businesses, trusts, investment property and superannuation, and in parenting matters. The large majority of her matters resolve by negotiation, mediation or consent orders rather than at a final hearing.
Her approach is to reach a fair outcome as early as it sensibly can be, with court reserved for the matters that need it. Outside the firm she is a long-standing advocate on family violence and on stronger ties between Australia and India, and she holds the firm to a simple standard: honesty and integrity in everything it does.
