Founded in 2010 by Dinesh and Pallavee Joshi after careers at Fox Mandal Little & Co in India and in Melbourne’s CBD, on one principle: understand the client fully, then give advice that is correct, practical and honest.
Around seven in ten new matters come to us by referral, from existing clients, accountants, brokers and agents. Several clients have settled twenty or more properties through the firm, and a number of businesses have been with us from their first lease to their sale.
